Question for RFID regulation

In 2006, The Center for Democracy and Technology has outlined the interim draft of privacy best practices, which are only meant for guidance and internal control. The draft best practices are reacheable here: http://www.cdt.org/privacy/20060501rfid-best-practices.php
I think, there is already a final version of privacy best practices in RFID technology. I am anticipating the similar move to take place in the UK and EU too.
